Christ Evangelical International Bible College and Seminary (CEIBCS) is an Interdenominational Bible College and Seminary incorporated under the Corporate Affairs Commission, Federal Republic of Nigeria. The college is committed to educating and saving the world. Our desire is to prepare men and women with the knowledge, discipline, and spiritual depth needed to transform communities, strengthen churches, and go into the world and fulfill the GREAT COMMISSION according to Matthew 28:18-20.

He was once one of the founding fathers of PFN (Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria), and was the PFN's Inaugural Chairman for all 36 states and a member of the Apostolic Coalition. He was once one of the founding fathers of CAN (Christian Association of Nigeria), and was the President of UGCAN (United Global Churches Association of Nations) for 25 years, and the President of NIF (Nigeria Israeli Foundation), during the tenure of Ambassador Noa Katz. He was the one who led Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke Ministries to Nigeria and took full part, also as he led Bishop W. R. Portee Outreaches to Nigeria and planned Crusades, conferences, widows and widowers program in various states. He was not left out in Nigeria's Political assignments in providing solutions, advice to governmental crises, even at the level of the Federal Government. With all of these great task assignments and more endowed by God, he was still able to lead the Bible College and Seminary he founded in 1992, now Christ Evangelical International Bible College & Seminary, of which the Late Chaplain Dr. Florence Omosebi of the blessed memory was the Rector, and to the glory of Almighty God the divine ordained successor is the very current Rector, Rev'd Dr. Isaac Olalere Jayeoba.
